摘    要:论述了邓小平人才思想体系中关于重视人才、培养人才、选拔人才、使用人才和人才流动的一系列人才开发的新理论,分析了邓小平的人才开发理论对于指导我国当前人才工作的现实意义.

Abstract:This article discussed Deng Xiaoping's series of new theories for the development of persons with ability in the ideological system, which are to attach importance to persons with ability, to train them, to select them, to use them and to allow them freedom to choose jobs. The analyzed the practical significance of Deng Xiaoping's theories for the development of persons with ability to instruct China's personnel work.
