摘    要:为评价煤矿掘进工作面的安全风险状况,降低安全事故的发生率,结合煤矿掘进作业的流程、工序、作业环境,根据《企业职工伤亡事故分类标准》识别出煤矿掘进区域的危险因素及事故类型,运用风险矩阵对危险因素进行风险评价,引入未知有理数的置信度概念消除数值的累积性误差。依据评价结果绘制了某煤矿掘进作业区域风险比较图和区域风险分布图,提出了风险防控策略。通过对煤矿掘进作业区域安全风险的评价,可为煤矿生产作业安全管理提供参考,减少掘进工作面安全事故的发生,促进煤炭企业安全管理工作实现风险自辨自控、隐患自查自治,提高掘进效率。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the safety risk status of coal mine excavation face and reduce the incidence of safety accidents,the risk factors and accident types of coal mine excavation area are identified according to classification standard of casualty accidents of enterprise employees in combination with the process,process and working environment of coal mine excavation operation,and the risk matrix is used to evaluate the risk factors.The concept of confidence degree of unknown rational number is introduced to eliminate the cumulative error of numerical value.According to the evaluation results,the regional risk comparison map and regional risk distribution map of a coal mine excavation operation are drawn,and the risk prevention and control strategy is put forward.Through the evaluation of the safety risk in the coal mine excavation operation area,it can provide reference for the safety management of coal mine production operation,reduce the occurrence of safety accidents in the excavation face,promote the safety management of coal enterprises,realize the self identification and self control of risks,self examination and autonomy of hidden dangers,and improve the excavation efficiency.
