基于嵌入式技术的煤矿井下通信中图像信号处理方法

摘    要:以提升煤矿井下视频图像呈现能力为目的,提出基于嵌入技术的煤矿井下通信中图像信号处理方法。利用图像采集单元内的CCD摄像机拍摄煤矿井下视频图像后,将其传输到嵌入式FPGA芯片内,该芯片将煤矿井下视频图像信号缓存在SDRAM内后,再利用双口RAM传输到嵌入式DSP芯片内;DSP芯片启动图像信号处理单元内的图像信号处理算法对煤矿井下视频图像信号进行压缩感知和高分辨率重建后,对其进行缓存处理,再利用FLASH视频模块对处理后的煤矿井下视频图像信号实施动态编辑,并将其回传到嵌入式FPGA芯片内;该芯片利用视频D/A转换器输出处理后的煤矿井下视频图像VGA信号,完成煤矿井下通信中图像信号处理过程。实验表明:经过该方法处理后的煤矿井下视频图像信号的峰值信噪比、图像像素密度以及图像信号灰度值均得到了较好的提升,其具备较好的应用效果。

Abstract:In order to improve the video image presentation ability of coal mine underground,an image signal processing method in coal mine underground communication based on embedding technology is proposed.This method after the CCD camera in the image acquisition unit is used to capture the underground video image of the coal mine,it is transmitted to the embedded FPGA chip.The chip caches the underground video image signal of the coal mine in SDRAM,and then uses the dual port RAM to transmit it to the embedded DSP chip.The DSP chip starts the image signal processing algorithm in the image signal processing unit,carries out the compression sensing and high-resolution reconstruction of the coal mine underground video image signal,caches it,and then uses the flash video module to dynamically edit the processed coal mine underground video image signal,and transmits it back to the embedded FPGA chip.The chip uses the video D/a converter to output the processed VGA signal of underground video image in coal mine,and completes the image signal processing process in underground communication in coal mine.The experimental results show that the peak signal-to-noise ratio,image pixel density and image signal gray value of coal mine underground video image signal processed by this method have been better improved,and it has better application effect.
