摘    要:辛置煤矿东四左翼采区开采10号煤层,基本顶为K2灰岩,为提高资源回收率,工作面间留设小煤柱。在地质力学参数测试和分析的基础上,理论分析和数值模拟确定了工作面合理小煤柱尺寸,设计了高预紧力锚杆锚索巷道支护方案,进行了现场试验。试验结果表明,6 m小煤柱设计宽度合理,巷道围岩应力较低;掘进期间锚杆锚索预紧力高主动支护效果好,锚杆锚索受力稳定,回采期间巷道两帮变形量可控,能满足工作面安全、高效开采的需求。

Abstract:The No.10 coal seam is mined in the east fourth left wing mining area of Xinzhi Coal Mine.The basic roof is K2 limestone.In order to improve resource recovery,small coal pillars are reserved between the working faces.Based on the test and analysis of geomechanical parameters,the reasonable size of small coal pillar in the working face was determined by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,and the supporting scheme of high pre tension bolt and cable roadway was designed,and the field test was carried out.The test results show that the design width of 6m small coal pillar is reasonable,and the surrounding rock stress of roadway is low.During excavation,the pre-tightening force of anchor bolt and anchor cable is high,and the active support effect is good.The stress of anchor bolt and anchor cable is stable.During mining,the deformation of both sides of the roadway is controllable,which can meet the needs of safe and efficient mining of the working face.
