摘    要:为精确预测隧道掌子面前方的煤层赋存情况,实现煤层的三维可视化显示与动态测量,以兰海高速扩容工程黄家沟高瓦斯隧道为工程背景展开研究。首先,在瓦斯抽放掌子面进行超前钻孔施工并详细记录钻孔参数; 然后,采用Matlab软件编制程序对所获钻孔参数进行数据处理,获取煤层顶板与底板的空间三维坐标; 最后,在此基础上,构建三维可视化煤层赋存模型并进行煤层产状分析。研究结果表明: 黄家沟隧道所穿越煤层的平均真厚度约为3.35 m,煤层的倾角约为33°,煤层走向与隧道轴向的夹角约为64°。研究结果与工程实际探测出的煤层产状几近一致,表明了所建模型的正确性,同时为瓦斯隧道超前探测煤层提供了一种合适的手段。

Abstract:In order to accurately predict the occurrence of coal seams in front of the tunnel face and realize the three dimensional visual display and dynamic measurement of coal seams, the Huangjiagou high gas tunnel of Lanzhou Haikou expressway expansion project is taken as the engineering background. First, advance drilling is carried out in the gas drainage face and the drilling parameters are recorded in detail. Then, the obtained drilling parameters are used for data processing using the Malab software, so as to acquire the spatial three dimensional coordinates of coal seam floor and roof. On this basis, a three dimensional visual coal seam occurrence model is constructed and the occurrence of coal seam is analyzed. The research results show that, the average true thickness of the coal seam crossed by Huangjiagou tunnel is about 3.35 m, the dip angle of the coal seam is about 33°, and the included angle between the coal seam strike and the axial direction of the tunnel is about 64°. The research results are almost consistent with the actual coal seam occurrence detected in the project, which shows the correctness of the established model and provides a suitable means for the advance detection of coal seam of gas tunnel.
