大柳塔井柔模混凝土充填留巷技术研究与实践

摘    要:为提高煤炭资源的回采率,在大柳塔井52605工作面运输巷实施了柔模混凝土沿空留巷技术。建立了留巷充填体受载的平面模型,计算得出充填墙体承受的最大压力为22 MPa,为此确定选用强度为C30混凝土。由于添加了专用外加剂,柔模混凝土早强特征明显,4 d龄期的强度达到30 MPa,7 d达到最终强度。矿压观测表明,工作面后方135 m左右巷道变形基本稳定,巷道变形量小,满足了二次回采的要求。

Abstract:In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources,the technology of gob-side entry retaining with flexible formwork concrete was implemented in the transportation roadway of No.52605 working face of Daliuta Mine.The plane model of retaining roadway filling body was established,and it was calculated that the maximum pressure borne by the filling wall is 22 MPa.Therefore,C30 concrete is selected.Due to the addition of special admixtures,the early strength characteristics of flexible formwork concrete were obvious.The strength reached 30 MPa at 4 d and the final strength at 7 d.The ground pressure observation shows that the roadway deformation about 135 m behind the working face is basically stable and the roadway deformation is small,which meets the requirements of secondary mining.
