摘    要:近年来癌症已经超过心血管疾病成为诱导人类死亡的第二大疾病,且其发病率和死亡率一直呈现逐年上升的趋势。目前癌症的治疗已取得很大的进展,但治疗仍存在很多的不足,如治疗效果差、毒副作用强、容易产生耐药性等。因此,急需开发药效好、毒副作用低的新型抗肿瘤药物。抗癌肽是一种具有抗癌活性的多肽,因其具有结构简单、作用方式多样、毒副作用小等特点而在癌症治疗上具有极大的应用潜力。本文将对抗癌肽的分类、结构和理化特性及抗癌作用机制进行详细论述,以期为未来开发新型抗癌药物提供新的思路。

Abstract:In recent years,cancer has surpassed cardiovascular disease as the second leading cause of human death,and its morbidity and mortality have been increasing year by year.At present,the treatment of cancer has made great progress,but there are still great shortcomings in the treatment methods,such as poor treatment effect,strong side effects,and easy to develop drug resistance.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop new anti-tumor drugs with good efficacy and low side effects.Anticancer peptide is a polypeptide with anticancer activity.It has great application potential in cancer treatment because of its simple structure,diverse modes of action,and low toxic and side effects.This article will discuss in detail the classification,structure,physicochemical properties and anticancer mechanism of anticancer peptides in order to provide new ideas for the development of new anticancer drugs in the future.
