摘    要:青光眼是复杂的眼科疾病,其不仅损伤视神经,还会对黄斑区及视盘周围的脉管系统血流造成影响。黄斑中心凹无血管区(FAZ)可以反映不同类型青光眼患者眼底血流灌注及黄斑结构的微小改变,可作为观察不同类型青光眼患者眼底结构变化的生物学标志物之一。OCTA在临床实践中被当作测量青光眼患者FAZ相关参数的主要工具。本研究即对基于OCTA测量的黄斑FAZ在青光眼中的应用研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Glaucoma is a complex ophthalmic disease that damages the optic nerve and affects blood flow in the vascular system around the macula and optic disc. The foveal avascular zone (FAZ) can reflect the small changes in fundus blood perfusion and macular structure in patients with different types of glaucoma, so it can be used as one of the biological markers to observe the changes in fundus structure in glaucoma patients. Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) is used in clinical practice as the primary tool for measuring FAZ in patients with glaucoma. This study reviews the research progress on macular FAZ in glaucoma based on OCTA measurement.
