摘    要:目的:探讨口服不同剂量氯丙嗪的尿中浓度,及持续服用同一剂量氯丙嗪尿中浓度动态变化。方法:在服用氯丙嗪受试者尿中加入三氯化铁及硫酸混合液,用721分光光度计比色得光密度计算尿中浓度。结果:氯丙嗪口服剂量与尿中浓度呈显著正相关,尤以〈250mg/d明显;持续服用相同剂量氯丙嗪尿中浓度多次检测无显著变化。结论:本法可用于临床对尿中氯丙嗪浓度进行定量测定;氯丙嗪口服剂量与尿中浓度呈正相关,持续服用未见蓄积。

Abstract:Objective:To discover the relationship between urine chlorpromazine concentration and chlorpromazine dosages. Method:Mixed liquid made up FeCl 3 and H 2SO 4 was added to the patients' urine, then according to the luminosity determined by 721 spectrophotometer, chlorpromazine concentration was calculated. Results:There was significant positive correlation between urine chlorpromazine concentration and the chlorpromazine dosages taken by the patients. The urine chlorpromazine concentration of the patients with same sustained dosage was no obvious change.Conclusion:Photoelectrometry may be used in determining urine chlorpromazine concentration clinically.
