| 摘 要： | 刮板运输机中部槽槽帮钢（以下简称槽帮钢）是刮板机制造中的重要部件.而槽帮钢铸造工艺是槽帮钢制造的关键环节,通过采用消失模铸造及钢包底吹氩气搅拌二次精炼工艺,使槽帮钢铸造质量取得了突破性进展,槽帮钢质量得到了保证,为刮板运输机中部槽制造打下良好基础.详细介绍了消失模铸造及钢包底吹氩气搅拌二次精炼工艺.

| Abstract: | Channel steel of scraper conveyor middle trough（hereinafter short for channel steel） is important parts in manufacturing of scraper conveyor and the casting process of channel steel is the key step in channel steel manufacture.Lost foam casting and ladle secondary refining by argon bottom-blowing is used to manufacture channel steel,the casting quality and casting parts get breakthrough progress,lay a good foundation to manufacture middle trough of scraper conveyor.The new process of lost foam casting and ladle secondary refining by argon bottom-blowing will be introduced in this paper. |
