| 摘 要： | 目的：观察川芎嗪对油酸性肺损伤的防治作用。方法：家兔随机分成对照组、油酸组和油酸 川芎嗪组。比较各组肺冲洗液中MDA含量和肺的湿/干重比值。结果：川芎嗪 油酸组的血清丙二醛（MDA）含量明显低于油酸组（P＜0.05），支气管肺泡灌洗液（BALF）中的MDA、蛋白含量和肺湿重/干重比值与对照组无明显差异，但显著低于油酸组（P＜0.01)。结论：川芎嗪通过抗自由基损伤和膜脂质过氧化等作用，对油酸性肺损伤能起到有效的防治作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of tetramethylpraigine on experimental model of lung injury induced by oleic acid in rabbit.Methods The rabbits were randomly assigned to three groups:normal control group (NC),oleic acid group (OA),and tetramethylpraigine oleic acid group (TMP OA).Compare the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum,the contents of MDA and protein in broncho alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and the wet/dry weight ratio of lung for all 3 groups.Results The MDA contents of serum were significantly lower in group TMP OA than in group OA(P<0.05).The MDA and protein content in BALF and the wet/dry weight ratio of the lung in group TMP OA did not change significantly as compared with group NC,but these parameters were obviously higher in group OA(P<0.01).Conclusion It suggests that TMP has preventive and therapeutic effects on lung injury induced by oleic acid in rabbits. |
