| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健康教育对冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平变化的影响。方法以护士为主体对82例CHD患者进行针对性健康教育和饮食指导,并随访督促健康计划的实施,3个月后复测HCY。结果督促实施健康计划3个月后HCY水平明显下降(P<0.05),82例患者中只有2例CHD复发。结论针对性护理干预有助于降低HCY水平,对于减少CHD的发病率具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of health education and nursing intervention on plasma levels of homocysteine(HCY) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The fasting plasma total levels of HCY and related serum lipid concentrations were detected respectively in 82 CHD patients. Health education and diet guidance on CHD patients were mainly made by nurses. 3 months follow-up was carried to urge the practicing of these health programs and reexamine HCY in the end of follow-up. Results Levels of plasma HCY were obviously reduced in CHD group after the 3 months' practice of health programs (P<0.05).Among 82 cases,only 2 cases CHD reoccured. Conclusion Health education and nursing intervention may play an important role in reducing both HCY levels and CHD morbidity. |
