| 摘 要： | 伊朗Taleghan水电站计算机监控系统采用先进的全开放、分层分布式网络结构,主干网络采用光纤自愈环网.系统上位机软件采用许继电气公司最新研制开发的SJK-8000综合自动化系统,下位机采用施耐德Quantum系列双机热备可编程控制器.网络间通讯采用国际上通行的IEC60870(103,104)/61850标准通信规约,下位机与现地其它设备间则是采用功能强大的MB+总线通讯方式,确保了该电站高水平的自动化控制及创"精品工程"目标的实现.
