纳米晶NdFeB/PE屏蔽复合材料的制备与力学性能

摘    要:利用超声波分散、偶联剂对纳米晶NdFeB粉末进行了表面处理,采用熔融共混法制备了NdFeB/PE稀土高分子屏蔽复合材料,对材料的微观结构、力学性能进行了实验研究.结果表明,在充分利用PE本身的强韧性的基础上,最可几孔径为0.5/μm的NdFeB粉末在PE中的体积分数为35%-40%时.对PE的抗拉强度、拉伸模量、硬度能起到增强效果,但对NdFeB/PE复合材料的塑韧性有一定负面影响.对复合材料的拉伸断裂机理分析表明,经过表面处理的NdFeB与PE的界面作用对强度的改善起到了关键作用.

Abstract:Ultrasonic dispersion and surface treatment with coupling agents was processed for the submicro-diameter NdFeB.NdFeB/PE rare earth/polymer composite was prepared through melt blending.The microstructure,mechanical properties and shielding effectiveness of the composite were tested.The results indicate that NdFeB can improve the tensile modulus and micro-hardness of PE and when the volume ratio of submicro-diameter NdFeB was 35%-40%,the tensile strength of PE increased too.But in the same time,submicro-diameter NdFeB will reduce the plasticity and toughness of PE.The improvement of tensile strength of the composite came from the interfacial interaction of PE and submicro-diameter NdFeB.
