| 摘 要： | 通过对回转式空气预热器中心筒轴端密封漏风、漏灰问题的分析,对盘根填料密封与浮动环密封进行了对比。提出将中心筒密封改为两腔室的浮动环密封,彻底解决了中心筒轴端泄漏问题,消除了设备潜在的安全隐患,确保机组安全稳定运行。

| Abstract: | A proposal is put forth for changing the existing sealing of a Ljungstrom air preheater's central drum for one of double chamber floating ring construction,after having beforehand analyzed the air and dust leakage problem,observed at the shaft's terminal sealing of the preheater's central drum,followed by a comparison made between gland packing and floating rings.The leakage problem is herby finally solved and the latent danger of impairing safety of operation eliminated. |
