火山凝灰岩微晶玻璃的研究

摘    要:以火山凝灰岩为主要原料研制成了以β-硅灰石为主晶相的微晶玻璃。高CaO含量玻璃核化、晶化后整体均匀结晶成为乳白色或浅黄色微晶化制品;低CaO含量玻璃烧结、晶化后成为花纹清晰的微晶玻璃大理石。高CaO含量玻璃由于CaO含量高,热处理时严重分相,分相有利于玻璃整体均匀析晶;低CaO含量玻璃在大量析晶之前基本烧结,由于表面效应在玻璃颗粒表面诱发β-硅灰石晶体,并由表及里长大为针状晶体。

Abstract:Glass ceramics in which wollastonite is the primary crystalline phase were developed based on ash rock.White or light yellow glass ceramics were obtained from high CaO content glasses which exhibited bulk crystallization while heat treated,and substances with the appearance of natural marble were prepared by sintering the particles of low CaO content glasses. High CaO content glasses obviously separated during heat treatment,and the phase separation is favourable for bulk crystallization.The particles of low CaO content glasses were completely sintered before the glasses heavily crystallized,and the needle shaped wollastonite crystals formed first from the edges of glass particles and then grew towards the centers.
