纤维对嵌挤骨架密实沥青混合料疲劳性能的影响

摘    要:通过室内试验研究了纤维对嵌挤骨架密实沥青混合料(SISG)疲劳性能的影响,应用威布尔分布建立疲劳方程,并与规范级配沥青混合料(GF)疲劳性能进行了对比。研究结果表明,与规范级配沥青混合料相比,SISG沥青混合料疲劳寿命最少提升17%;与不掺纤维SISG级配沥青混合料相比,在最佳掺量下掺木质素纤维、矿物纤维和聚酯纤维的SISG沥青混合料的疲劳寿命最少分别可提升2%、32%、48%。

Abstract:The effects of fibers on the fatigue performance of the densely compacted dense asphaltmixture(SISG)are studied through laboratory tests.The fatigue equation is established by means ofWeibull distribution,and the fatigue performance of the graded asphalt mixture(GF)is compared.Theresults show that compared with the standard graded asphalt mixture,the fatigue life of SISG asphaltmixture is improved by at least 17%.Compared with non-fiber-containing SISG graded asphalt mixture,the fatigue life of SISG asphalt mixture with lignin fiber,mineral fiber and polyester fiber can be improvedby at least 2%,32%,and 48%respectively under the optimal amount.
