发挥灌区作用，助力乡村振兴

习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中提出了乡村振兴战略,实现乡村产业兴旺、生态宜居、生活富裕离不开水利的支撑和保障。灌区作用的发挥至关重要。近年来,位山灌区认真贯彻落实中央乡村振兴战略部署要求,积极推进灌区改革发展,全面提升了灌区管理服务水平,为助力和保障乡村振兴奠定了坚实的水利基础。本文在总结灌区在乡村振兴战略中发挥的作用的同时,也深入探讨了存在的问题,并就问题提出了对策和建议,为下一步更好的服务乡村振兴,充分发挥灌区作用提供参考意义。

Play the Role of Irrigation District and Promote the Vitalization of Rural Areas

In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of the rural revitalization. To realize the prosperity of rural industry, ecological livability and prosperity of life, water resources are indispensable. Among them, the role of irrigation area is very important. In recent years, Weishan Irrigation District has conscientiously implemented the strategic deployment requirements of therural revitalization, actively promoted the reform and development of the irrigation district,comprehensively improved the level of management and service, and laid a solid foundation of water resources for helping and ensuring the rural revitalization. This paper summarized the role of irrigation district in the strategy of rural revitalization, at the same time, we deeply discussed the existing problems, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the problems, which provided a reference for the next step to better serve the Rural Revitalization and give full play to the role of irrigation district.
