| Abstract: | With the overall progress of the new curriculum reform,the higher education that mainly undertakes the responsibility of primary and secondary school teachers’ training is no doubt also faced with severe challenges.As long as English teaching is strengthened in higher pedagogical education for school English teachers,the quality of English teaching can be improved in rural areas. |
