| 摘 要： | 目的了解吴忠地区中小学生营养状况及贫血患病率,为制定学生肥胖和贫血防治策略提供科学依据。方法采取分层随机抽样的方法,抽取吴忠地区1728名中小学生进行身高、体重测量和血红蛋白的测定。结果中小学生超重、肥胖率分别为6.1%和2.7%,而且男生高于女生,城市学生高于农村学生,差异均有非常显著性统计学意义（P〈0.01）。贫血患病率城乡学生分别为9.4%和7.4%,且城市高于农村,中学生高于小学生。结论应加强学校、家庭营养健康教育,积极防治超重、肥胖及贫血,改善学生营养状况。 |
