摘    要:通过高温固相反应法人工合成了稀土离子Eu3 掺杂的雅碲锌石Ca3Zn3(TeO6)2.运用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、傅立叶转换红外光谱(FT-IR)及其扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对合成样品进行了结构表征.光致发光激发和发光光谱表明,Eu3 掺杂的Ca3Zn3(TeO6)2在611 nm处有强烈的红光发射,这种红发光不但可以被紫外光激发,而且也可以被波长395nm、465 nm和537 nm的可见光有效地激发,表明它可以很好地和目前常用紫外或蓝色发光二极管相匹配,使其成为一种潜在的人工合成红色发光矿物材料.同时,根据发光特征对Ca3Zn3(TeO6)2的结构进行了探讨.

Abstract:In this paper,a novel red-emitting phosphor Eu3+-doped Ca3Zn3(TeO6)2,a Garnet type calcium-tellurium-zinc oxide was synthesized by the general high temperature solid-state reaction in air atmosphere.The crystal structure was investigated by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),Fourier infrared spectra(FT-IR) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Photoluminescence excitation and emission spectrum measurements showed that Ca3Zn3(TeO6)2:Eu3+ can be effectively excited by UV-visible light 395,465 and 537 nm.This phosp...
