摘    要:研究了用铋膜电极测定痕量重金属元素镉的差分脉冲溶出伏安法,并对实验条件进行了优化。结果表明:铋膜电极可以获得和汞膜电极类似的良好溶出峰,且电极重现性好。在优化的实验条件下,镉离子的氧化峰电流与镉离子的浓度在10—440μg.L-1的范围内呈线性关系,检出限为4.66μg.L-1。铋膜电极优异的电化学性能加上低毒性,使其可以用来测定环境和工业中的镉。

Abstract:A novel differential pulse stripping voltammetry for the determination of cadmium at bismuth film electrode(BFE)was investigated,and several experiential parameters were optimized.Compared with the mercury film electrode,the bismuth film electrode could yield an equally well-defined and sharp stripping signals for Cd(Ⅱ).In addition,the bismuth film electrode had a highly excellent reproducibility for detection.The bismuth film electrode exhibited highly linear behavior in the examined concentration range from 10μg·L-1 to 440μg·L-1 of Cd(Ⅱ) with the detection limit of 4.66μg·L-1 Cd(Ⅱ).The favorable performance obtained at bismuth film electrode coupled with the negligible toxicity of bismuth made the bismuth film electrode extremely attractive for environmental and industrial measurements of cadmium.
