冷压型脲醛树脂固化剂的初步应用

摘    要:聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液可以作为脲醛树脂固化剂的主要组份或改性剂,为探讨聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液及甲醛捕捉剂A对脲醛树脂性能的影响。采用改性聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液、甲醛捕捉剂A、非离子型表面活性剂以及其它添加剂等配制出一种冷压型固化剂,并测定了脲醛树脂的pH值、固化时间和冷压粘接强度,结果表明该固化剂有助于提高脲醛树脂的固化特性和粘接性能,同时也指出该固化剂与脲醛树脂配比以10%-15%为宜,甲醛捕捉剂A用量以该固化剂中聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液质量的20%-40%为宜。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of polyvinyl acetate emulsion which was used as main component or modifier of urea - formaldehyde curing agent and fomuddehyde remover A on the performance of urea - fomuddehyde resin, a cold pressing curing agent was prepared with modified polyvinyl acetate emulsion, formaldehyde remover A,nonionic smfactant and other additives etc.The pH, curing time and cold pressing bonding strength of urea- formaldehyde resin were determined,the results showed that this curing agent could improve the curing property and bonding strength of urea- formaldehyde resin. And the optimal ratio curing agent to urea - formaldehyde resin was 10% - 15%, the amount of formaldehyde remover A was as 20% - 40% as the mass of polyviny! acetate emulsion in the curing agent.
