| 摘 要： | 由于我们的社会正在进入老龄化，越来越多的老年人需要接受手术治疗，手术后的认知功能障碍逐渐引起人们的重视。近年来，大量研究表明右美托咪定可以明显改善老年患者术后认知功能。本文就右美托咪定对老年患者术后认知功能障碍的影响做一综述。
