CT反角度扫描对椎弓崩裂的诊断价值及临床意义

目的:探讨CT反角度扫描对椎弓崩裂的诊断价值及临床意义。方法:利用PHILIPS ULTRAZ螺旋CT扫描机,对100例疑椎弓崩裂的病人进行反角度薄层扫描,扫描范围自椎弓上缘连续扫描至椎弓下缘,使椎弓崩裂的裂隙与椎小关节间隙展示在同一平面上,采用骨窗及软组织窗进行观察。结果:100例病人椎弓通过CT的反角度扫描全部病例均获得满意的影像。96例为阳性,阳性率为96%,其中第五椎弓崩裂的为85例(占85%),第四椎弓崩裂10例(占10%),第三椎弓崩裂的为1例(占1%)。余下4例为阴性,阴性率为4%。CT扫描图像能完整、直观地显示椎弓及椎小关节的情况,具有很高的诊断价值及临床意义。结论:椎弓反角度扫描技术操作简单实用,对椎弓扫描完整、直观,满足诊断要求,可作为椎弓的常规扫描方法。

Diagnosis and Clinical Value of Reverse Gantry CT to Spondylolysis

Objective The article was to show the diagnosis and clinical value of reverse gantry CT(RGCT) to spondylolysis.Methods 100 clinic patients who were suspected to be spondylolysis,had reverse gantry CT taken with Philips ultraz scanner.the scan lines cover vertebral arch to manifest the spondylolysis and interarticularis in the same image.Both bone window and abdomen were observed.Results 100 cases all got excellent image to show the spondylolisis,positive was 96%,within these fifth vertebral was 85%,fourth vertebral was 10%,third vertebral was 1%.Conclusion RGCT was a useful method at diagnosis of spondylolysis because it easy to get the good image it can be a routing when patient was suspected spondylolysis.
