摘    要:燕山石油化工公司化工一厂0.3Mt/a乙烯装置规模改成0.45Mt/a后,乙烯装置原料需求量由原来的1.10Mt/a左右上升到1.55Mt/a。在相应配套装置尚未建成投产及原油加工量不增加的情况下,炼油厂通过优化常压塔操作、常三线油深拔、减一线油回炼、调整汽柴油产品结构、优化轻重裂解料比例等手段,圆满地完成了裂解料生产任务。化工一厂及时调整裂解深度,优化操作条件,在乙烯原料性质变重变差的情况下,确保了乙烯产量达标。

Abstract:After the expansion from 300000t/yr to 450000t/yr of the ethylene unit in the No. 1 Chemical Plant of Yanshan Petrochemical Company, the demand for ethylene unit feedstock was increased from 1100000t/yr to 1550000t/yr. Before the completion of the auxiliary project and the enhancement of the crude processing capacity,the production of cracking unit feedstocks has been accomplished satisfactorily by taking measures such as optimizing the operation of atmospheric distillation tower in refinery, deeply distillating the third side-stream oil from the atmosphetic tower, recycling the first side-stream oil from the vacuum tower, regulating the production ratio of gas oil to naphtha and optindzing the ratio of light and heavy feedstocks for the cracking unit etc. Despite the ethylene unit feedstock became heavier and worse, the attainment of ethylene yield was guaranteed by promptly regulating cracking severity and optindzing operating conditions in the No. 1 Chemical Plant.
