茄子嫁接苗与自根苗光合特性比较

摘    要:对茄子嫁接苗与自根苗的光合生理特性进行了比较研究。结果表明,不同时期嫁接苗功能叶片的净光合速率(Pn)均显著高于自根苗;茄子嫁接苗与自根苗功能叶片的Pn日变化均呈“双峰”曲线,但嫁接苗的“午休”程度较自根苗轻;嫁接苗比自根苗有较低的光补偿点(LCP)和CO2补偿点(CCP),较高的光饱和点(LSP)和CO2饱和点(CSP);有较低的光合冷限温度和较高的光合热限温度,光合最适温度两者之间没有明显的差别;有较高的光饱和、CO2饱和及最适温度时的Pn;嫁接苗Pn高是因为嫁接苗胞间的光合反应的底物浓度大(Ci高),表观量子效率(AQY)、羧化效率(CE)和光合能力(A350)高的缘故。

Abstract:The capabilities of grafted seedling and scion-root seedling of eggplant were comparatively studied.The results showed that the functional leaves of the seedlings grafted at different growth states presented a significantly higher net photosynthetic rate than those of the scion-root seedlings;the photosynthetic rates of the grafted seedlings and scion-root seedlings appeared to change in a double-peak curve,but the grafted seedlings had a lighter noon break than the scion-root seedlings;the grafted seedlings presented lower light compensation point,lower CO_2 compensation point but higher light saturation point and higher CO_2 saturation point than the scion-root seedling;the grafted seedlings had a lowest photosynthetic temperature and a highest photosynthetic temperature than the scion root seedlings,the optimal photosynthetic temperatures of the two types of eggplant seedling showed no remarkable difference;the grafted seedlings had higher net photosynthetic rates at the light saturation point and CO_2 saturation point and optimal temperature;the reasons why the grafted seedlings had a higher net photosynthetic rate were higher intercellular substrate concentration,higher apparent quantum yield,higher carboxylation efficiency and higher photosynthetic capacity of photosynthesis.
