Effect of Yinxie Capsule Combined With Acitretin A Capsule on Inflammatory Factors in Patients With Psoriasis

Objective To investigate the effect of Yinxie capsule combined with acitretin A capsule on inflammatory factors in patients with psoriasis.Methods From August 2018 to June 2020,a total of 92 patients with psoriasis treated in the dermatology department of Fangzi District People’s Hospital of Weifang were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table.46 patients in the control group were treated with acitretin A capsules,and 46 patients in the observation group were treated with Yinxie capsules.The effect of the patients was evaluated after 4 weeks of treatment.The levels of T lymphocytes,inflammatory factors,treatment efficiency,aesthetic appearance and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks of drug intervention in the observation group,the levels of CD3⁺,CD4⁺and CD4⁺/CD8⁺were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);CD8⁺levels were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of drug intervention in the observation group,the levels of IL-2,IL-8 and IFN-r were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of IL-4 were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of nausea,vomiting,desquamation and abdominal pain during the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of drug intervention in the observation group,the scores of skin damage,erythema,and scale were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)at 4 weeks after treatment.Conclusion Yinxie capsule combined with acitretin A capsules can obtain high short-term curative effect in patients with psoriasis,help to improve the level of T lymphocytes,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,effectively improve the appearance,and have high safety.
