摘    要:目的:探讨愉快因子刺激法对椎体成型术治疗老年骨质疏松性压缩性骨折术后抑郁情绪的影响。方法:对100例老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折行椎体后凸成形术的患者,采用国际认证的ZUNG量表(SAS)对所有患者进行评分,将评分异常的40例患者进行干预,在术后常规护理的基础上合并“愉快因子”刺激心理干预。干预后一、二、四疗程分别对患者进行SAS评分。结果:干预前后的SAS评分结果对比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:用愉快因子法进行干预,可改善老年骨质疏松性压缩性骨折行椎体成型术后的抑郁情绪,从而减少可能因抑郁导致的骨质流失。

Abstract:Objective: to explore the happy factors stimulation method to treat the old vertebral body forming technique GuShuSong compressibility fracture of the influence of the depression. Methods: 100 cases of old osto~perotic vertebral fracture compressibility vertebral body of the protruding after angioplasty did the patient, USES the international authentication of the ZUNG scale (SAS) rating of all patients, will score of 40 patients with abnormal intervention, in conventional care after the basis of "happy factor" stimulation with psychological intervention. After intervention- two, four treatment to patients respectively SAS score. The results before and after intervention was the result of the SAS contrast, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: With happy factor method to intervene, may improve the senile osteoporosis compressibility vertebral fracture line of molding postoperative depressed mood, so as to reduce may lead to depression because the bone loss.
