放线菌F24发酵液对灰霉菌拮抗作用初探

为筛选出对灰霉病菌有拮抗作用的生防放线菌株,采用生长速率法和抑制孢子萌发法测定不同放线菌株发酵液对灰霉病菌的抑制率,研究了F24,F25,F26,F27 4种放线菌株对灰霉病病原菌的拮抗作用,结果表明:F24放线菌株在液体培养基C和E中的发酵液呈褐色,菌丝呈球状、生长量最大。采用E和C 2种培养基培养的F24放线菌发酵滤液对灰霉病菌丝的抑菌作用最强,3 mL剂量处理的抑菌率分别为79.8%和78.9%。孢子萌发试验结果表明:F24菌株对靶标病原菌分生孢子萌发的抑制作用显著,培养基C和E稀释1倍发酵液的抑制率分别为82.76%,83.95%。

Antagonism of Actionomycetes F24 Fermentation Broth on Botrytis cinerea

In order to choose the biological control fungi which had the antagonist action to Botrytis cinerea,the method of detecting the fungi growth rate and inhibiting spore germination were be adopted to study the antagonist action of F24,F25,F26 and F27 on Botrytis cinerea.The result showed that the fermentation broth of F24 actinomycetes was in shallow brown colour,the hypha were in spherical shape and the quantity were the biggest among the four kinds of Actionomycetes.The antagonist action of fermentation filtrate of F24 actinomycetes fermated in E and C culture medium was strong,the bacteriostasis rate of 3ml of dosage were 79.8% and 78.9% respectively.The inhabitation rate of fermentation broth C and E without one time dilution were 82.76% and 83.95% respectively.
