| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育的不断改革,机械类学生的就业竞争力受到不断地挑战.为了提高他们的就业竞争力,致力于在校学生的综合能力培养是当前一项重要的任务.为了加强机械类学生综合能力培养,针对机械类学生综合能力培养的现状和所面临的问题,提出了若干建议,开创出了新的思路.

| Abstract: | With the reform of the higher education,it is challenged of the students’ employment competitiveness.So,it is recently an important task that commits itself to?enrolled students’ integrated ability in order to enhance their employment competitiveness.In order to enhance students’ integrated ability,this article proposes some suggestions to solve the faced problems in the cultivation of students’ integrated ability for mechanical major according to the current situation,which creat a new way thinking. |
