福州市2004年城区居民死因监测分析

目的了解福州市居民主要死因分布，为慢性非传染性疾病的预防、控制提供依据。方法采用入户调查的方法，按ICD-10的标准和方法进行死因分类，对福州市2004年城区居民死亡情况进行全面分析。结果2004年该市居民总死亡率为4．09‰，男性高于女性；前5位死因依次为恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、心脏病、呼吸系统疾病、损伤与中毒。结论当前危害该市居民健康的主要死因是慢性非传染性疾病，应根据不同性别、年龄人群特点，采取综合防治措施。

Analysis of the Cause of Death among the Residents of Fuzhou in 2004

[Objective] To learn the major cause of death among the residents of Fuzhou and provide evidence for the prevention and control against chronic noninfectious diseases.[Methods] Door-to-door investigation was carried out;ICD10 criteria and method was used to classify the causes of death;comprehensive analysis was made on the death of the residents in Fuzhou in 2004.[Results] The total mortality was 4.09% in 2004,more among males than females;the top five causes of death were malignant neoplasms,cerebrovascular diseases,heart diseases,respiratory system diseases,injury and poisoning.[Conclusion] The major cause of death among the residents of Fuzhou is currently noninfectious diseases;comprehensive preventive measures should be taken according to different sex and age of the population.
