| 摘 要： | 目的 评价以多烯磷脂酰胆碱为对照组的口服中药治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）的疗效.方法 检索万方数据库、中国期刊全文数据库.纳入以多烯磷脂酰胆碱为对照组的口服中药治疗NAFLD的随机对照研究进行分析.结果 共纳入17个随机对照研究,1 552例患者,Meta分析结果表明,口服中药治疗NAFLD的疗效优于多烯磷脂酰胆碱,差异有统计学意义,其RR（95％ CI）为1.241.18,1.31].结论 口服中药可用于治疗NAFLD.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of oral traditional Chinese medicine compared with polyene phosphatidylcholine group treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods To retrieve the Wanfang database, China journal full text database. Randomized controUed study including oral traditional Chinese medicine with polyene phosphatidylcholine group treatment for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease were analyzed. Results 17 randomized controlled studies（ n = 1 552）were included. Meta analysis showed that the efficacy of oral traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease was better than that of polyene phosphatidylcholin, the difference was statistically significant,the RR（95% Cl）was 1.24 1. 18,1.31 ]. Conclusion Oral traditional Chinese medicine could be used for the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. |
