藿朴夏苓汤对脾胃湿热证Th1/Th2平衡的影响

目的：探讨藿朴夏苓汤调节脾胃湿热证Th平衡的趋势方向。方法方便收集2015年6月＿2016年6月广州医科大学附属第二医院中医门诊慢性胃病脾胃湿热证患者，随机分为中药组与西药组，每组30例；采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA﹚检测患者服药前后外周血细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-4水平表达变化。结果慢性胃病脾胃湿热证治疗中药组总有效率为93.3%，西药组总有效率为90.0%；治疗前各组外周血IFN-γ、IL-4表达差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05﹚；经治疗后，慢性胃病脾胃湿热证患者外周血IFN-γ水平明显下降(P﹤0.05﹚，其中中药组(47.91±17.06﹚较西药组(60.35±16.12﹚下降更明显(P﹤0.05﹚；IL-4水平上升，其中中药组较西药组上升，但差异无统计学意义。结论藿朴夏苓汤具有介导Th1免疫优势，调节中医正邪平衡，可作为临床中医选方用药的依据。

Effect of HuoPuXiaLing-decoction on the Th1/Th2 Balance in Spleen-Stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome

Objective To study of mechanism on the Th1/Th2 balance in Spleen-Stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome with HuoPuXiaLing-decoction(HPXL﹚. Methods Convenient selection chronic gastropathy patients with Spleen-Stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome were selected at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guang Zhou Medical University in June 2015 to June 2016, 30 cases treated with HPXL and 30 cases as control (conventional therapy). The expressions of IFN-γ and IL-4 in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA) before and after therapy. Results The treatment effect rate of patients with Spleen-Stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome was 93.3% in HPXL group, compare with 90.0% in control group. After therapy, the expression of IFN-γ decreased significantly (P﹤0.05﹚, the data in HPXL group was more lower than control group especially(47.91±17.06﹚ vs 60.35±16.12﹚] P﹤0.05; the expression of IL-4 increased, the data in HPXL group was more higher than control group, but there was no significant difference. Conclusion HuoPuXiaLing-decoction has an effect on regulating Th1 immune responses, and make further efforts on regulating the balance between Pathogenic Factors and Vital Qi, which can be considered as a new method to unscramble the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine scientifically.
