摘    要:探讨了喷油器长径比变化对ZH1105型柴油机性能的影响。结果表明,长径比变化对柴油机大负荷工况的燃油消耗率和烟度有明显影响。通过对燃油喷雾特性的分析,揭示了喷孔长径比变化影响柴油机性能的原因。

Abstract:The effect of fuel injector's length /diameter ratio change on ZH1105 diesel engine is studied in this paper.The experiment results show that the different length /diameter ratio make a remarkable effect on the fuel consumption and smoke emission of the engine at heavy load.Through the analysis of fuel spray,the reason why the length /diameter ratio offects the engine performance is illustrated.
