| 摘 要： | 传统的上水方式，存在厂用电率高、设备可靠性低的问题，针对此问题，桥头铝电公司对机组启动锅炉的上水方式进行优化。根据N125MW机组现场系统布置，将除氧器和锅炉汽包之间所连接管道简单的可看作一个连通管，根据连通管原理，利用除氧器水箱水位的静压，将水输送至炉侧同高度的位置，然后按照除氧器运行压力要求，在除氧器不超压的情况下给除氧器水面继续加压至满足炉侧水位要求为止。通过此方式上水，可以在不启动给水泵和凝结泵的情况下满足锅炉上水的要求，从而达到减少厂用电及运行操作量的目的。实践证明，这种方法不但可行而且提高了机组启动的安全性和经济性。
