风电场频率适应性分析及评估——综合指标体系

摘    要:为满足电网对风电场承载能力的频率评估需求,本文提出一种风电场频率适应性的分析评估方法。首先,建立了描述频率适应性的综合指标体系,包含三级共10余个指标,如功率调节能力指标、指令响应能力指标和暂态支撑能力指标等。其次,基于所建立的综合指标体系,应用模糊层次分析法量化各个指标的重要程度,形成风电场频率适应性的考核评价表。最后,基于PSCAD/EMTDC仿真平台搭建一个实际风电场模型,通过多场景/多工况仿真分析,验证了所建立综合指标体系的有效性。

Abstract:To fulfil the frequency evaluation requirements for the carrying capacity of a wind farm,an analysis and evaluation method for the frequency adaptability of the wind farm is proposed.First,a comprehensive indices system describing the frequency adaptability is established,which includes more than 10 indices,such as power regulation index,command response index,and transient support index.Second,based on the established indices system,the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process is applied to quantify the importance degree of each index,thus forming an evaluation table for the frequency adaptability of the wind farm.At last,a realistic wind farm model is built in PSCAD/EMTDC.Simulations are performed under multiple scenarios and multiple conditions,which validate the effectiveness of the established comprehensive indices system.
