论非物质文化遗产保护策略

文章在分析了保护非物质文化遗产的必要性和紧迫性的基础上,肯定了保护非物质文化遗产过程中取得的一些成绩,详细剖析了非物质文化遗产保护中存在的一些问题,如非物质遗产被不正当商品化、非物质文化载体被忽视、非物质文化遗产信息管理欠缺、传承出现断脉、民众意识薄弱、保护教育匮乏等,并有针对性地提出了要保留非物质文化遗产原态、保护物质载体、健全保护信息系统、保护传承人及文化空间、提高民众保护意识、开展保护教育及进行旅游开发等一些策略,来保护非物质文化遗产。

The Discussion on the Protecting Measures of Intangible Cultural Heritages

On the basis of analyzing the urgency and necessity of protecting intangible cultural heritages, the paper confirms some achievements in the process of protecting intangible cultural heritages, then analyzes concretely some problems in the protection of intangible cultural heritages, such as the wrongful commercialization of intangible cultural heritages, the negligence of the carriers, the deficiency of information management, the in- heriting break,the weakness of public consciousness, the lack of protecting education, etc. Finally, the paper puts forward some strategies to protect intangible cultural heritages,such as reserving the initial state, protec- ting material carriers,establishing the protecting information system, protecting the inheriting people and cultural site, improving public consciousness of protection, holding protection education, making tourism planning, etc.
