摘    要:运用场路结合法研究7 W、1 560 r/min的机载无刷直流电机的设计和优化,采用等效磁路法进行基本方案的设计,又运用有限元软件进行静态磁路、空载、负载特性的仿真,并制造出样机进行验证。在此基础上,完成对极弧系数和每槽导体数的优化。实验结果表明:所设计的电机满足机载设备的尺寸、转速和电流要求,实测反电动势与有限元仿真结果一致。

Abstract:An Output of 7W and rotating speed of1 560 r/min airborne brushless DC motor was designed and optimized by means of the combined magnetic field-circuit method. The fundamental design was done by using the equivalent magnetic circuit while simulations on the static magnetic circuit, performance under no-load or full-load were completed by means of the finite element method. The prototype was manufactured which was used to verify the performance. The result shows that the motor satisfies such requirement of an airborne motor as the dimension, rotating speed and current. The tested counter electromotive force was very close to the simulated value by the finite element method.
