智能仪表控制变频器系统的设计

摘    要:提出了一种基于CAN总线和RS485总线的变频器控制系统。系统设计了以C8051F040单片机为核心的智能测控仪表,通过CAN总线组成的现场网络与远程控制中心实现数据交换,接受控制中心发出的指令或者根据实测数据实时控制变频器工作。实际运行效果表明,系统运行准确可靠,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:An inverter control system based on CAN bus and RS485 bus is proposed.The intelligent measurement and control instrument takes C8051F040 as the core is designed in this system.Data is exchanged between the field network composed by CAN bus and the remote control center,the system can receive the instructions from control center or control the inverter real-time by the measured data as well.Practical results demonstrate that the system has a favorable and reliable performance,and with a good application prospect.
