江西省职业病危害因素现状调查

目的了解江西省职业病危害因素种类、接触职业病危害因素人员体检及培训情况,为防治职业病提供科学的依据。方法采用统一的职业病危害因素现状调查表,对江西省存在职业病危害的18个行业、10 299家企业进行调查,分析采矿和制造两大行业相关职业病危害病因素、培训、体检及职业病例情况。结果存在粉尘危害因素的企业有5 645家,化学危害因素的企业3 057家,物理危害因素的企业2 337家,分别占总数的54.8%、29.7%、22.7%。职工总数1 262 278人,其中女工427 690人,农民工403 110人,接触职业因素的职工319 390人(占总人数的25.3%),女工97 953,农民工104 748。参加培训人数为238 455人(占接触职业病总人数的74.7%),参与体检人数333 270人。结论该省职业病危害因素分布广、种类多、职业病危害主要集中在采矿业和制造业两大行业中。企业基本能普职业健康检查和培训工作。

Investigation on present situation of occupational hazards in Jiangxi Province

Objective] To understand the occupational hazards types,occupational disease examination and occupational training of workers,and provide the scientific basis for prevention and treatment of occupational diseases.Methods]The unified questionnaire of occupational hazard factors was used to investigate 10 299 enterprises in 18 industries for analysis of mining and manufacturing industry related occupational hazards,training,physical examination and occupational disease cases.Results] Dust hazards existed in 5 645 enterprises,accounted for 54.8%.Chemical hazards existed in 3 057 enterprises,accounted for 29.7%.Physical hazards existed in 2 337 enterprises,accounted for 22.7%.Totally 1 262 278 workers were surveyed in this survey,including 427 690 female workers and 403 110 migrant workers.And among which 319 390（25.3%） exposed to occupational hazards,including 97 953 female workers and 104 748 migrant workers.A total of 238 455（74.7%） workers participated in the occupational health training and 333 270 received health examination.Conclusion]Occupational hazards are widely distributed in this province with a lot of kinds and mainly concentrate in mining and manufacturing industry.Occupational health checks and training are basically implemented in enterprises..
