| 摘 要： | 目的观察糖脉康颗粒联合弥可保治疗DPN（糖尿病周围神经病变）的疗效。方法入选的74例DPN病人随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组在控制血糖的同时,给予弥可保500ug tid;治疗组在此基础上加用糖脉康颗粒5g tid,疗程8周。结果糖脉康颗粒联合弥可保可明显改善DPN的症状。结论糖脉康颗粒联合弥可保治疗DPN是较为有效的方法。

Curative Effect Analysis on the Combined Treatment with Tangmaikang Grana and Mecobalamin for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of the combined treatment with Tangmaikang Grana and mecobalamin for diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods 74 cases with DPN were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group and control group;while receiving blood sugar control,both groups were given 500ug of mecobalamin 3 times a day,and 5g of Tangmaikang Grana 3 times a day was added to treatment group,the course lasted for 8 weeks.Results The symptoms of DPN were greatly improved by the combined treatment with Tangmaikang Grana and mecobalamin.Conclusions It is effective to treat DPN with Tangmaikang Grana combined with mecobalamin. |
