| 摘 要： | 采用气相色谱／质谱（GC／MS）法，对塑料吸管中的6中邻苯二甲酸酯进行同时测定。用正己烷提取并定容，用GC～MS法分析检测。采用HP－5色谱柱，流速为1mL／min，选择离子监测。6种邻苯二甲酸酯的线性范围为0．1—0．8mg／kg，r≥0．99，加标回收率为85—95％，相对标准偏差为5．5-9．0％。结果表明，GC—MS法可以对塑料吸管中的邻苯二甲酸酯进行定性定量测定。本方法分离效果好，操作简单，具有良好的稳定性和重现性。

| Abstract: | A method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS） was developed for the determination of phthalate esters in plastic straw.The analytes were extracted with hexane and determined by GC-MS with HP-5 column and 1 mL/min flow velocity.The linearity range was 0.1-0.8mg/kg with 0.99 correlation coefficient.The recovery was 85-95% and the RSD was 3.5-9.0%.The proposed method is simple ,accurate and highly active. |
