摘    要:采用气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)法,对塑料吸管中的6中邻苯二甲酸酯进行同时测定。用正己烷提取并定容,用GC~MS法分析检测。采用HP-5色谱柱,流速为1mL/min,选择离子监测。6种邻苯二甲酸酯的线性范围为0.1—0.8mg/kg,r≥0.99,加标回收率为85—95%,相对标准偏差为5.5-9.0%。结果表明,GC—MS法可以对塑料吸管中的邻苯二甲酸酯进行定性定量测定。本方法分离效果好,操作简单,具有良好的稳定性和重现性。

Abstract:A method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was developed for the determination of phthalate esters in plastic straw.The analytes were extracted with hexane and determined by GC-MS with HP-5 column and 1 mL/min flow velocity.The linearity range was 0.1-0.8mg/kg with 0.99 correlation coefficient.The recovery was 85-95% and the RSD was 3.5-9.0%.The proposed method is simple ,accurate and highly active.
