| 摘 要： | 基于模糊概率、风险分析计算方法,从定量的角度对带有模糊性的风险问题进行了研究,提出了模糊风险率、模糊风险度的概念及计算模型,并应用于洪水风险分析实践中,是对现有风险分析方法难以处理模糊性的有益补充.

| Abstract: | Risk analysis is a hotspot of study on uncertainty at present. Fuzzy, which extensively exist in the world, is one type of uncertainty. Study on fuzzy risk analysis is the main content of this paper. On the basis of fuzzy probability and risk analysis, the paper puts forward the concepts of fuzzy risk probability and fuzzy risk degree and their computation models. And introduces their applications in flood risk analysis. It is useful for risk analysis method to process fuzzy information. |
