摘    要:以质酸钠为原料,合成了多种质酸金属配合物,质酸镁、质酸镓、质酸镧、质酸铈、质酸钕.所合成的目标化合物经过IR,1 HNMR,EDX和元素分析表征,并在体外通过MTT法,实验了几种质酸金属配合物对子宫颈癌细胞的生物活性.结果表明:几种质酸金属配合物对子宫颈癌细胞的增殖与本底质酸钠相比有较好的抑制作用.

Abstract:Several new hyaluronic metal complexes were synthesized with the sodium hyaluronate as raw material. The properties of synthesized complexes were characterized by IR, 1HNMR, EDX and elemental analysis. The preliminaries of anticancer activities in vitro on human uterine cancer cells demonstrate that a few of new hyaluronic metal complexes have better anticancer activity than that of the background sodium hyaluronate.
