| 摘 要： | 阐述了数控机床刀具半径补偿的作用。应用刀具半径补偿虽给编程加工带来便利,但也会产生刀具偏置引起未切除量及相应的加工偏差。讨论了清除刀具偏置引起未切除量的编程问题,内轮廓加工时为避免产生未切除量而对程序的修改问题,以及建立及取消刀具半径补偿时应注意的问题。
