| 摘 要： | 介绍了中国石化天津分公司1#芳烃联合装置采用中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发的新型RIC-200转化型二甲苯异构化催化剂的工业应用情况。工业应用结果表明,RIC-200催化剂具有采用还原态、开工过程不需要注硫钝化、装置首次开工时间短、操作风险低等特点;将装置原来采用的SKI-400催化剂换装为RIC-200催化剂后,对二甲苯增产显著,副产物明显减少。与国内外同类催化剂相比,RIC-200催化剂的性能明显优于SKI-400催化剂,达到国外同类OPARIS PLUS催化剂的先进水平。
