| Abstract: | This article introduced that in order to cultivate students' scientific sence and innovative abilities,the college of information science and technology of Beijing University of Chemical Technology constructs the platform of scientific and technological innovation which possesses the character of stereoscopic and whole process.Its content includes subject,specialty and management.The system provides a predominant indemnity which results in a good effect. |
