| 摘 要： | 在分析内蒙古煤炭资源和开采简史的基础上,给出了内蒙古自治区煤炭工业化进程的4个阶段,并介绍了煤炭工业化的模式特点。提出了内蒙古煤炭工业"十二五"的发展建议:煤炭资源的开发应坚持集团化战略;煤炭产能的控放应遵循市场化原则;煤炭循环利用产业应实行多元化开发;煤炭工业的发展应迈向国际化市场;煤炭行业管理应借助社会化力量。
