银杏达莫注射液联合辛伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效及对血脂和血液流变学的影响

【目的】观察银杏达莫联合辛伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死的效果，及其对血脂和血液流变学的影响。【方法】随机将186例急性脑梗死患者分为三组：I组60例，复方丹参注射液20mL／d；Ⅱ组62例，银杏达莫注射液20mL／d；Ⅲ组64例，银杏达莫注射液20mL／d＋辛伐他汀20mg／d。治疗30d后采用神经功能缺损程度评分评定疗效，并检测比较三组患者的血脂及血液流变学指标。【结果】Ⅲ组有效率93．7％，高于Ⅱ组和I组（P〈0．05），且其神经功能缺损程度评分、血脂水平较Ⅱ组明显降低（P〈0．05），高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDl-C）则明显升高（P〈0．05）。血液流变学指标较Ⅱ组明显改善（P〈0．05）。【结论】银杏达莫联合辛伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死效果明显，能有效改善神经功能，降低血脂水平和血液粘稠度。

Efficacy of Yinxingdamo Injection Combined Simvastatin for the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction and Its Influence on Blood Lipid and Hemorrheology

Objective] To observe the effect of Yinxingdamo injection combined simvastatin for the treat ment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on blood lipid and hemorrheology. Methods] Totally 186 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into three groups. Group I was given compound Danshen injection 20mL/d. Group Ⅱ was given Yinxingdamo injection（20mL/d）. Group Ⅲ was given Yinxingdamo injection（20mL/d） and simvastatin（20mg/d）. The duration of therapy was 30 days. The neurologic impairment degree score was used to evaluate the clinical effect 30 days after treatment. The parameters of blood lipid and hemorheology were compared among 3 groups. Results] The effective rate of group Ⅲ was 93.7% which was higher than that of other two groups（ P 〈0.05）. Compared with group Ⅱ , the neurologic impairment degree score and blood lipid decreased significantly（ P 〈0.05）, and high density lipoprotein eholesterol（HDL-C） increased markedly（ P 〈0.05）, and hemorheology parameters were improved obviously in groupⅢ（ P d0.05）. Conclusion] Yinxingdamo injection combined simvastatin for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has obvious efficacy, and can effectively improve the neurologic function and decrease blood lipid and viscosity.
